Marni Carlson Real Estate and Mortgage Broker, is dedicated to helping individuals and investors. With years of experience in the real estate mortgage industry, our focus is on providing transparent and reliable solutions to our clients. We strive to make your personal and business solutions smooth and stress free.
Marni has been a full time Real Estate and Mortgage Broker since 1990 in Silicon Valley in California. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Marni has worked at Mercury Savings & Loan and First Capital Mortgage. In 1995 she co-founded Tempo Realty Mortgage. In 2002 she established Marni Carlson & Associates Realty and Mortgage. In 2005 she incorporated her company as Carlson Partners, Inc.
Her experience in the real estate and financial industry has helped her to analyze clients needs for commercial, residential, bridge loans, developers and fix and flip transactions. We have numerous niche financing for businesses as well.
